About Aadesh Shrivastav

Aadesh Shrivastava is an Indian composer and singer. Over the course of his career, he has composed music for over 100 Hindi films. His wife Vijeta Pandit is a former Bollywood actress and the sister of the composer duo Jatin Lalit. He began gaining a foothold in the industry by playing drums for music directors such as O. P. Nayyar,Shankar Jaikishan and Salil Chowdhury. He assisted Laxmikant-Pyarelal for almost a decade before taking the responsibility of a professional composer. Aadesh Shrivastava won Award for Technical Excellence for Best Background Score in the year 2001.
